There are aromas that take us back to summer. The scent of ripe apricots is one of them.

For Zaplet Selection, we choose old apricot varieties, prized for their rich aroma and distinctive character. From the ripest fruit comes a distillate that is then entrusted to something that cannot be hurried — time.

In carefully selected barrels crafted by the renowned French cooperage Seguin Moreau, apricot and oak slowly find their balance. The wood brings depth, warmth and complexity, while preserving what matters most — the fragrance and luscious character of ripe fruit.

The result is a truly distinctive barrel-aged apricot rakia: delicate yet expressive, rich, rounded and elegant, with a long finish that lingers like the memory of late summer.
