Selection - Plum Rakia

Zaplet Selection is crafted from carefully chosen indigenous plum varieties, preserving the distinctive character of the fruit and the terroir it comes from. After distillation, time becomes its most important ingredient.

It matures in carefully selected barrels crafted by the renowned French cooperage Seguin Moreau, where the oak does not overpower the plum, but gently shapes its character. It brings depth and elegance to the richness of the fruit, revealing subtle notes of vanilla, fine oak and spice.

The result is a rich, beautifully rounded rakia with a long, warm finish — contemporary in its elegance, yet deeply rooted in the tradition from which it was born.
